- ECON Committee meeting
Next Thursday, the Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) Committee will vote on a report aimed at speeding up the procedure for adopting the Commission’s delegated act on the Regulation on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. It extends the exemption from the clearing obligation under the Regulation granted to Arrangements for Pension Schemes for one year. The co-rapporteur of the Regulation is Professor Danuta Hübner.
