Presentation of the Report on the Assessment of Implementation of Article 50 TEU
during the Plenary session in Strasbourg
Prof. Danuta Huebner will present during the plenary session the “Report on the
Implementation of Article 50 TEU”, for which she was the rapporteur. The present
report assesses the way the provisions of Article 50 of the TEU were interpreted and
applied, and the way the procedure of withdrawal of the UK from the EU was
conducted under those provisions. It also points out what lessons can be drawn
regarding the constitutional order and institutional organisation of the Union.
